EatDrums.net offers personal lessons to drummers from age 6 to 106!
Beginning drummers are introduced to basic techniques and rudiments
(like scales on a piano) and are gradually moved forward. Books used
include The Haskell Harr Series, A Funky Primer for The Rock Drummer
(for drumset students) among others.
For more advanced students, the scope widens, delving into many
different styles such as Funk, Rock, Jazz, and Latin, as well as
conceptual ideas about fills and solos.
Lessons are individually tailored to the needs of each student while
still maintaining an emphasis on the basic drumming rudiments. Pricing
begins at $20 per half hour or $35 per hour.
